Out of nearly 200 nominations submitted to the
Rochester Business Journal’s
16th annual Best of the Web Awards, 36 finalists were chosen within 13 categories, and
BOA Editions is one of three finalists chosen for the award under the Non-profit (cultural) category.
Winners will be announced at an awards breakfast held at the Radisson Hotel Rochester Riverside on March 14, 7:30 a.m. Recognizing large companies, small firms, and non-profit organizations, the RBJ "evaluates finalists based on content, usefulness, navigability, use of technology, design quality, e-commerce, and likelihood of repeat visits."
According to the RBJ, the Best of the Web Award was launched in 1996 to recognize the "leading efforts" among Rochester-area businesses "with a presence on the Internet."
