Come see BOA poet Ryan Teitman this Saturday!

Hungry for some quality poetic sustenance? Anywhere near the West coast this Saturday? If you've answered "Yes!" to either or both of these questions, then you won't want to miss Ryan Teitman's reading of his new collection Litany for the City, going on this Saturday night (June 16), 7 pm at the Elliot Bay Book Company in Seattle! This is a FREE event and is open to the public! BOA poet, former journalist, and Wallace Stegner Fellow in poetry at Stanford, Teitman was chosen by Jane Hirshfield, from more than 600 applicants, as the 2010 winner of the annual A. Poulin, Jr. Poetry Prize. His collection has been described by Hey Small Press! as “surreal, beautiful, and elegiac," a "startling, significant debut,” and a "fantastic release." They even called BOA one of their favorite publishers of poetry! (We're blushing!) This is an amazing chance to experience the work of a rising BOA artist and a powerful voice and writer! Don’t miss out! For more information on Teitman’s reading, visit the Elliot Bay Book Company, and order your copy of Litany for the City, at a limited-time special rate, at the BOA Bookstore!
Reading Location: The Elliott Bay Book Company 1521 Tenth Avenue Seattle, Washington 98122
