Hey, Small Press! is devoted to encouraging public libraries to stock their shelves with books from independent publishers around the country. As noted on their website, their method is three-fold. "One: we select and review ten new or upcoming titles per month. Two: we send our list to public librarians and encourage them to order the titles. Three: we make available all our reviews to the public." We are thrilled to see that Hey, Small Press! has chosen Ryan Teitman's debut Litany for the City for inclusion in their April Book List.
