At the annual meeting in June, three members were added to the Board of Directors of BOA Editions, Ltd. Glenn William, General Manager/Partner at MidTown Athletic Club, continues as chairman for another year, welcoming Bernadette Catalana, Jack Langerak, and Arlette Miller Smith to the Board.
