Make a Donation to BOA Editions, Ltd.

Founded in 1976, BOA Editions, Ltd. is one of the longest-running and most distinguished independent presses in the United States. Over the past 38 years BOA has published more than 300 books of poetry, poetry in translation, short fiction, and prose about poetry and poetics. We do this because we are dedicated to enhancing the landscape of modern American literature with excellent work by writers who offer us a sense of beauty, wisdom, and truth. Our books are considered by reviewers, booksellers, librarians, teachers and students to be some of the finest collections of literature currently being published, and BOA poets and authors have been honored with numerous accolades and awards including the Pulitzer Prize, the National Book Award, and the James Laughlin Award.

As a not-for-profit organization BOA relies on support from government entities, private foundations, local and national businesses, and individuals to assist us in furthering our mission of fostering appreciation of contemporary literature and bringing high-quality literature to the public.

To those of you who contributed tax-deductible donations we offer our most sincere gratitude and thanks. Because of your commitment, BOA continues to be a force in American letters.
